Getting Started

After signing in, click the "+ New Project" button on your dashboard. Enter a project name and description, then click "Create Project". You can now start adding URLs to monitor within this project.

You configure the check interval for each URL individually. You can set intervals from minutes to days. For example, you might check critical pages every 15 minutes and less important pages once per day. The frequency affects your monthly URL check usage.

You get 14 days of full access with 50 URL checks/month, 5 URLs tracked, 3 code snippets, and 7 days data retention. No credit card required. You can upgrade anytime to unlock more features and higher limits.

Yes, you can pause individual URLs or entire projects from your dashboard. While paused, no checks are performed and your usage limits are not consumed. This is useful during maintenance windows or when you need to temporarily stop monitoring.

Monitoring & Features

Core Web Vitals are Google's metrics for measuring user experience: LCP (loading speed), INP (interactivity), and CLS (visual stability). We track these along with FCP and TTFB using real user data from Google's Chrome UX Report (CrUX). Available on Medium tier and above.

Code snippets let you monitor the presence of specific code patterns using regex. Common uses include tracking Google Analytics codes, Facebook Pixel, or custom scripts. We check if your pattern exists in the page HTML and alert you when it appears or disappears.

URL-specific data is for that exact page. Origin data represents the entire domain. If URL-specific data isn't available (usually for low-traffic pages), we automatically fall back to origin-level metrics to give you the best available performance insights.

Alerts trigger when any monitored element changes between checks. You can enable/disable alerts for each element type independently. For Core Web Vitals, you can set custom thresholds and get alerts for regressions week-over-week or month-over-month.

A retrigger is a manual on-demand check outside of your scheduled monitoring. Use retriggers to immediately verify changes, test alerts, or investigate issues. Each plan includes a monthly retrigger allowance.

Billing & Limits

Credits are add-ons you can purchase for URL checks, retriggers, and email alerts. They're used after your monthly plan allowance is exhausted. Credits expire 12 months after purchase, allowing you to handle seasonal spikes without upgrading your plan.

You'll receive warnings at 80% and 95% usage. Once you reach 100%, monitoring pauses until your next billing cycle or you purchase credit packs. You can also upgrade your plan for immediate access to higher limits.

Yes! Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing period, so you keep your current features until then. You can change plans anytime from the billing page.

Your plan determines how long we keep historical data: Small (30 days), Medium (90 days), Agency (180 days), Enterprise (365 days). Core Web Vitals data is stored for up to 25 weeks regardless of plan. After the retention period, older data is automatically archived.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing. All payments are secure and PCI compliant.

Alerts & Integrations

Create an incoming webhook in Slack, then paste the webhook URL into your project settings or individual URL alert settings. Alerts will be posted to your chosen Slack channel when changes are detected.

Yes, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas in the alert settings. Each recipient will receive individual alert emails when changes are detected.

You can set a minimum interval between alerts to prevent spam. For example, with a 1-hour interval, you won't receive another alert for the same URL until at least 1 hour has passed, even if multiple changes occur.

Absolutely. You have granular control over which elements trigger alerts. For each URL, you can enable/disable alerts for any of the 23+ tracked elements. This lets you focus on what matters most to you.

Team & Organization

Owner has full control including billing and team management. Admin can invite/remove members and manage projects. Member can view projects and limited configuration. Role-based access is available on Agency tier and above.

From the Team Management page, click "Invite Member", enter their email and select a role. They'll receive an invitation email with instructions to join your organization. Team features require Agency tier or higher.

The organization owner manages billing and subscriptions. Usage limits are shared across all team members. One subscription covers the entire organization, and all members can access shared projects based on their role permissions.
