Frequently Asked Questions

Can team members have different alert preferences?

Yes. Each team member can configure their own notification preferences (email, Slack, Teams) for the URLs they manage.

What happens if I remove a team member?

Removed team members lose access immediately. Their URL assignments remain but alerts stop going to them. You should reassign their URLs to other team members.

Can Members see other Members' URLs?

No. Members see only URLs assigned to them or that they created. Admins and Owners see all URLs.

How do I change someone's role?

Owners can change any user's role. Admins can promote Members to Admin. Go to Team Settings, find the user, and change their role.

Can I have multiple Owners?

No. There is exactly one Owner per organization. Ownership can be transferred to another user if needed. Use the Admin role for other users who need extensive permissions.
