Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit my limits?
When you approach your limits (80% and 95%), you'll receive warnings. Once you hit your limit, monitoring will pause until you upgrade or purchase credit packs.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan allowances reset each billing period. Purchased credit packs expire after 12 months from purchase date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing.
